We reserve our right to reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any order for any reason (including shortage of inventory), or to subject any order to special conditions that the Customer may accept or refuse (such as quantity limits, restrictions on resale, territories where Duvaltex will not deliver, etc.).
We ship only to Canada (except Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon) and the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Payment is deducted when you place an order. We will proceed with shipment of products covered by an order upon full payment. No order may be canceled once it has been prepared and ready for shipping (see Cancelations & Refunds section below).
The following shipping rates apply for each order depending on the order size:
Order quantity:
1 yard to 10 yards: $32.00
11 yards to 20 yards: $42.00
21 yards to 50 yards: $57.00
Orders are limited to 50 yards maximum per order. To purchase more yardage, for special requests regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-544-0200.
Orders are usually processed for shipping within one (1) business day for in-stock items. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Orders are generally delivered in 3-5 business days by our selected carrier. We ship in commercial-quality shipping packages. We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage by postal or shipping companies.
Shipments may necessitate a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for being available to accept their shipments. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the shipment may be held by the carrier, and additional charges or delays may occur.
If a package is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you and any costs of re-shipping will be added to your invoice and must be paid prior to re-shipping.
If items that you ordered are not in stock, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email to provide you with an in-stock date or any alternatives if they apply. You can decide to cancel your order at this point and get a complete refund.

Color depiction of merchandise on this website is a function of the calibration of the colors of our photographs as well as of numerous parameters related to the functioning and the use you make of your computer and of its screen calibration, and therefore the product color on your screen could be different from the actual product color.
The content of the website and the products sold by Duvaltex have to be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines.
Duvaltex warrants for a period of five (5) years from the date of its invoice all of its fabrics will not suffer “wear through” in normal indoor use by the original end-use customer. “Wear through” means a hole caused by disintegration of the fabric’s structure in a particular area as a result of abrasive wear. Should a failure to conform to this warranty appear in the fabric during the 5-year warranty period, Duvaltex will replace the affected fabric at its expense, subject to receipt of prompt written notice during the warranty period.
Duvaltex warrants that all shipments of fabrics meet or exceed ACT (Association for Contract Textiles) quality and performance standards for its fabrics.
The Duvaltex warranty does not cover damage, disintegration or loss arising from abuse, misuse, vandalism, burns, cuts, punctures, improper installation or maintenance, use of improper cleaning agents, application of a treatment or finish after shipment by Duvaltex, defects in design or manufacture of furniture, inadequate padding, abrasion from other components or furniture, pilling, fading, use in application other than normal indoor use or use subsequent to ownership by the original end-user.
This warranty is in effect as of January 1, 2018 and products shipped prior to January 1, 2018, will retain the warranty coverage in effect at the time they shipped.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE WEBSITE, ARE PROVIDED TO THE USER ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE-NOTED WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE-NOTED WARRANTY, DUVALTEX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF ANY SOLD PRODUCT, TO THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF THE PRODUCT, TO ANY CHANGE TO THE PRODUCT OR TO THE WRONG CHOICE OR SELECTION OF PRODUCT.
