Our Capabilities

It starts with a single fiber. Here's how it becomes fabric.

DESIGNING WHAT’S NEXT

From our New York design studio, our designers turn ideas into textiles made for what’s next.

They follow emerging trends, explore new materials, and develop more sustainable solutions, combining creativity and expertise to create textiles that meet our customers’ evolving needs.

Fiber dyeing

It all starts with fiber. We source high-quality fiber, mostly recycled polyester, and dye it to the exact shade that we want.

Yarn Manufacturing

Next, the fibers are drafted and consolidated into a continuous strand. They are then spun into yarn and wound onto a spool.

Warping

The bobbins are loaded onto a large rack called a creel, where every thread is wound onto one large beam.

Weaving

That beam is mounted onto the loom, thread by thread. Once it starts running, the fabric takes shape.

Dyeing

If the color wasn't set at the fiber stage, the fabric goes into the dye house, where a precise formula gives it exactly the shade we're after.

QUALITY AT EVERY STEP

Making our products means having control over every step of the process. From the materials we select to the way each fabric is made, tested and finished, our teams oversee every detail to ensure consistent quality and performance. It’s how we make textiles our customers can rely on, from one production run to the next.
